Position Summary:
The Chef / Line cook is responsible for the preparation of culinary products within the operation of an assigned work station or outlet.
Key Accountabilities:
·Prepares mis-en-place and prepares food product as directed by the Chef de Partie
·Executes production work as per company standards
·Ensures that all cook and hold temperatures are maintained
·Minimizes waste by preparing and storing food products as per company standards
·Ensures that all product on work station or outlet is covered and dated
·Follows correct rotation methods

Front Desk Agent
Part Time/Full Time
Position Summary:
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for taking resort reservations, checking guests in and out, taking resort payments and responding to guests' questions and concerns
Key Accountabilities:
- Provides outstanding service excellence to guests
- Takes resort reservations in person or by phone in the absence of the Switchboard/Reservations Operator
- Greets, enters and confirms guests in the system, arranges payment, allocates rooms, etc.
- Ensures guests' luggage reaches the room or is stored in storage
- Informs guests' about hotel policies and procedures
- Provides tourist information to guests' and provides information on the resorts features and specials
- Place guests' valuables in the safe if required
- Coordinates guests' laundry, dry cleaning, shoe shining, room service and promotes other services
- Ensures mail messages, faxes, etc. reach the guest
- Prepares guests' bills, explains charges and collects payment
- Balances daily transactions at the end of every shift
